Regarding House Rules, please note the following:
- This property is suitable for children and infants, but pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A fine will be applied if any evidence is found.
- Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Additionally, there are mandatory fees payable at the front desk at the time of check-in, such as:
- A daily Resort Fee of $37.45, payable only by credit card.
- Valet parking is available for $59.92 per night. Alternatively, there are more affordable parking options nearby.
- Any additional services provided by the building will incur extra charges, which must be settled before check-out.
